有效对抗频率选择性衰落的链路自适应技术

摘要 针对频率选择性衰落信道下链路自适应技术的调制编码组合(MCS)选择问题,通过链路质量预测器分析相同数据传输率下采用不同MCS方案的多条链路质量,指出当信道的频率选择性衰落严重到某一门限值时,应优先提高调制方式保持较低码率以获得频率分集增益,并给出闭式判决条件。结论可为超三代多载波通信系统协议的MCS选择优化提供参考。 The choosing of matched modulation and code set (MCS) is a difficult task for the implementing of link adaptation scheme in frequency selective fading channel. In this paper, the quality of multilinks adopting different MCSs with the same data rate is analyzed by using link error predictor. It is pointed out that when the selective fading of frequency is severe for some threshold, the modulation order should be firstly adjusted to higher level such that the code rate is kept lower to attain frequency diversity gain. Under the same data rate precondition, the analytical condition of adjusting modulation order and code rate is given. These conclusions may be useful for the choosing of MCS in beyond 3rd generation multicarrier communication systems protocols.
