摘要
以ABAQUS软件为平台,建立了子午线轮胎稳态滚动分析的三维有限元模型。在有限元模型中充分考虑到轮胎材料、结构的复杂性,轮胎与轮辋过盈配合,轮胎与地面的摩擦等状况,对轮胎在标准气压、额定载荷下的不同滚动状态进行了模拟。分析了不同工况下轮胎接地面的法向应力、摩擦应力和带束层帘线应力分布等滚动特性,为轮胎的结构设计、振动与噪声分析提供了依据。
An accurate 3D model of a rolling tire was established based on ABAQUS. The model included geometric nonlinearity due to large deformation, material nonlinearity, the nonlinear boundary conditions from tire-rim contact and tire-pavement contact. Different rolling operating conditions were calculated for the tire with standard pressure and load. Some dynamic properties, such as contact pressure distribution, friction stress distribution and the belt stress distribution were discussed in detail.
