面向成本的单机多工件调度中加工参数的选择

摘要 基于对成本构成的分析,建立了适用于多工件调度的成本运算模型,适当地处理了调度过程和加工参数选择之间的关系,然后对模型应用遗传算法,并通过Matlab编程将算法实现。计算结果可知:在选择加工参数的同时进行工件排序的调度相对于传统方式能够更好地控制总成本。 Based on cost analysis, the cost operation modeling for the multi-job scheduling is found. The model deals with the relation between the optimization of processing parameter and scheduling. The result of calculation with genetic algorithm realized by Matlab shows that choosing processing parameter and scheduling simultaneity is better than traditional fashion.
