以实用光温敏核不育系培矮64S为材料,研究了在幼穗分化中后期将植株从大田移入盆钵后,植伤对植株抽穗期的影响;同时,还研究了植株移入盆钵后,在人工气候室低温条件下,不同处理时间对单株抽穗期的影响。结果表明,成株搬移和低温处理对抽穗期均有显著的延迟作用。
The effects of low temperature and plant-moving treated in the formation stage of pollen mother cells of young panicles were studied on heading time of photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) rice Pei'ai 64S. The results showed that the heading time of plants was very significantly delayed when low temperature with daily mean temperature of 23℃ ranging from 18.5 to 26.5℃ in a day for 2~10 days was given, and there was a close relation between the duration of low temperatare treatment and heading date, in which one day low temperature could delay heading by 0.6~0.8 days. Plant-moving, i.e., moving plants from main field to small pots, also delayed heading time of single plants by 3.75 days on an average in Pei'ai 64S. It is suggested that the delayed heading time for low temperature or plant-moving be considered to increase the experimental accuracy in calculating the temperature-sensitive stage of PTGMS lines and in determining their proper low temperature treating time.
