摘要
本文论述了高校毕业生就业诚信缺失的表现和危害,从大学毕业生、高校、用人单位、国家制度和政策四个方面剖析了就业诚信缺失的原因,并提出了解决就业诚信缺失问题的几点对策。
This article discusses the performance and hazards of losing honesty in college graduates' employment. It analyzes the reasons for losing honesty in employment from the aspect of college graduates, college, employing units, and the state system and policy. Then it puts forward the countermeasures of solving the problem.
