摘要
分析了用于元件毛坯制造中的锻造系统组成结构和工作原理。对锻造设备工作过程中液压模块进行了深入研究,给出了该设备工作过程中液油流动方向、锻压流程和液压变化情况。提出了在锻造过程中遇到液压过载的解决方案,并将此方案应用于液压锻造系统的改造中,详细阐述了改造的基本思想和具体实现方法。研究结果表明,改进后的液压锻造系统具有更好的稳定性、更高的效率和更强的自动化水平。
Through analyzing the composition and the principle of the forging system used in the part semi-finished materials manufacture and making thoroughly research into the hydraulic pressure module in the forged equipment, this paper has produced the fluid oil flow direction, the forging and stamping flow and the hydraulic pressure change situation in this equipment work process. It proposes the solution to the overloads of the hydraulic pressure in the forging process, applies this plan to in the hydraulic pressure forging system transformation, and in detail elaborates the basic transformation and the concrete realization method. The findings indicate that, after the improved forging system of hydraulic pressure has a better stability, a higher efficiency and the stronger automated level.
