韩非子的人口论虽有唯心史观的不足,但其对后世学者如马端临、徐光启、汪士铎等的人口思想与观点的影响是显而易见的。韩非子有关人口与货财的关系、人口与社会生活资料等观点对后世学者也有影响与启发。
