通过对柳州市农村居民科学文化素养的调查分析,指出造成柳州市农村科学文化素养较低的原因,提出改善农村居民科学文化素养的具体对策与措施,以促进农村居民科学文化素养的提高,推动社会主义新农村建设,构建和谐柳州。

Based on the analysis and the survey of Liuzhu rural residents＇ scientific and cultural qualities, this paper explores the causes for their lower qualifies and puts forward the specific strategies and measures to enhance scientific and cultural qualities of the rural population so as to improve a new socialist countryside construction and to build up a harmonious Liuzhou.
