摘要
根据植物生长需要和华南地区水质,设计8种肥料配方进行蕹菜水培试验,探讨不同肥料配方对蕹菜的生物学性状、生理指标、产品品质和产量的影响。结果表明,以6号和7号配方供肥,蕹菜长势旺盛、产量高、根系活力强,叶绿素含量适中。各处理蕹菜中的抗坏血酸含量高,NO3-,NO2-含量低,符合国家洁净蔬菜标准。
Eight recipes of fertilizer were studied on waterconvolvulus by hydropoics.The effects of fertilizerwere observed on character, quality and yield of waterconvolvulus.Results indicated that water convolvulusshowed more vigorous growth, higher yield, strongerroots vigor and optimum chlorophyl contents, after itwas fertilized with No.6 or No. 7 recipe.Ascorbateconcentration was higher, NO3 and NO2 concentrationswere lower in water convolvulus. This kind of vegetableup to standard of vegetable without publicnuisance.
