烟台市兴农气象短信预报服务平台的研究与应用

A Study on the Weather Message Forecasting Platform for the Promotion of Agriculture in Yantai and Its Utilization

根据烟台主要农业灾害特点,重点对冰雹、干旱、干热风、寒潮、霜冻的灾害性天气气候特点、造成的危害及防御措施进行了研究,对烟台主要农作物生长特点及对气象条件的要求进行了归纳分析。采用sql数据库和先进的asp动态网页制作技术,建立了烟台兴农气象短信预报服务系统,为更好地服务三农提供了便捷、实用的服务平台,具有一定的使用价值。

Based on the agricultural calamity features, a major study was particularly made in the ciimatic phenomenon of hailstone, drought, dry hot heat, cold wave, frost, damages resulted and preventive measures, meanwhile an analysis is made in the crop growth characteristics and conditions required. A weather message service platform was established, utilizing SQL data and ASP dynamic website, which proves ben- eficial to the better service concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers.
