A Firm Grasp of the Opportunity of Peaceful Development of Cross-strait Relations——A Symposium on "A Reflective and Prospective Study of Taiwan's Political Development Over the Past Eight Years"

和平发展是两岸关系的主题。本次研讨会围绕和平发展理论的内涵、岛内政局发展对两岸和平发展的影响、台湾社会的观念和结构嬗变与和平发展主题之间的相互关系展开,基本上反映了目前学界对两岸和平发展问题研究的面貌。

＂Peaceful development＂ is the theme of cross-strait relations. The symposium covers topics such as the theoretical connotation of ＂peaceful development＂, the impacts of political situation in Taiwan on the development of cross-strait relations, the relationship between the transmutation of Taiwan social structure and ideology and the theme of peaceful development, and basically reflects the current conditions of research and study about Taiwan Question.
