城市化是解决三农问题的根本途径之一,是实现城乡统筹的最重要步骤。应深入研究中国城市化的进程,以全面建设小康社会和构建和谐社会为目标,以新的科学发展观为指导,提出促进符合中国实际的城市化的对策建议。中国的城市化应以发展大城市为主,适当发展超大城市。在城市化过程中应重点关注:城与人的关系、城与市的关系、大、中、小城市的关系、城市与区域的关系、城市与世界的关系、城市与自然的关系、城市的共性与个性的关系、继承、保护和发展的关系、城市建设中数量、质量与成本的关系和城市建设中"看不见的手"与"看得见的手"的关系十个方面的问题。

Urbanization is the basic method to solve the ＂three agricultural problems＂ and also the most important step to realize a general arrangement for the city and its urban areas. We must thoroughly investigate the process of urbanization in China so as to build the country into a well-off and harmonious city. We must put forward suggestions that are in accordance with the practice of China＇ s urbanization under the new guideline of scientific development. In the process of urbanization, special attention should be paid to the ten relations between the city and its people, the city and its market, the city and its districts, the city and the world, the city and nature, the generality and particularity of the city, the relationship among the big, middle and small cities, among the heritage, protection and development, among the quantity, the quantity, and their cost, and between ＂the invisible hand＂ and ＂the visible hand＂.
