酶法提取竹荪深层发酵菌丝体多糖的研究 被引量:32

摘要 本文讨论了竹荪深层发酵菌丝体多糖的提取方法,考察了多糖及还原性寡糖的含量。实验结果表明,利用夏合酶法处理结合热水浸提的提取方法,能显著提高可溶于热水的多糖及还原性寡糖的浸提率,且缩短浸提时间,竹荪多糖提取率达4.58%(lg多糖/100g菌丝干粉),总糖提取率达到l.84%c。同时还考察了酶法提取的最佳条件。 Several methods for extraction of the submerged mycelium polysaccharide of Dictyophora indusiataare discussed in this paper.The experiment results show that the yield of polysacchrides from 1 gram of dri mycelium with enzymatic treatment id 0.0458 gram;the total sugar content is 0.1184 gram.Compared with other extraction methods,enzymatic treatment made yield of polysaccharide increasing and extraction time shorten.In this paper,the optimum of enzymatic treatment is also studied.
