经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果。方法31例患者46个椎体,其中胸椎18个,腰椎28个。在透视监控下经皮穿刺,经椎弓根入路,向椎体内注入骨水泥。结果椎体容积由术前的(21.8±8.4)cm3增至术后的(24.5±6.4)cm3,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。25例术后2d能佩戴腰围下床活动。31例病人疼痛在术后均有不同程度缓解,疼痛强度评价的视觉类比评分术后48h为(2.4±3.5)分,较术前(8.2±1.4)分显著下降(P<0.01)。24例患者术后3d出院,5例患者术后7d出院,2例患者术后14d出院。5个椎体(12.2%)发生骨水泥外溢。术后随访8~18个月,平均14个月,无椎体塌陷、疼痛复发,无神经根及脊髓损伤。结论经皮椎体成形术是一种比较安全、操作简单、并发症少及有效缓解疼痛和稳定椎体的微创治疗方法。
