摘要
目的:观察银杏叶提取物对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠胰腺损伤的保护作用。方法:采用小剂量链脲佐菌素加高脂高热量饲料喂养的方法建立Wistar大鼠2型糖尿病模型,成模后治疗组按8mg/kg·d剂量腹腔注射银杏叶提取物(extract ging-kobiloba,EGb),(北京双鹤天然药物有限公司,批号(319163-0405),正常对照组及糖尿病组腹腔注射等容积生理盐水,每天1次,连续8周。检测血糖、血胰岛素,胰腺组织中一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量,并在光镜下观察大鼠胰腺形态学改变。结果:治疗组大鼠血糖、血胰岛素、NO、MDA含量及NOS的活力明显降低,而SOD活力显著提高,并可改善2型糖尿病大鼠的胰腺病变。结论:银杏叶提取物对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠胰腺损伤具有一定保护作用,可能与其清除自由基,抗脂质过氧化作用有关。
Objective:To observe the protection of Gingko Biloba Extract on Pancreas of diabetes mellitus Type 2. Methods:The mode of type 2 diabetes rats was made by the intravenous injection of a small dose of streptozotocin plus high caloric food. Experimental group were treated for 8 weeks with Gingko Biloba Extract (8 mg · kg ^-1 · d^- 1 , once daily) , Diabetes group and normal group were treated for 8 weeks with the same dose of normal sodium. Serum glucose and insulin,the contents of NO ,NOS ,MDA ,SOD in Pancreas were detected. The pathologic changes were Observed by light microscopy. Results:Gingko Biloba Extract dropped obviously the concentration of the blood glucose and insulin, and the level of NO , MDA, decreased the activity of NOS, but enhanced the activity of SOD in the serum and Pancreas. Conclusion: Gingko Biloba Extract has the protection on Pancreas of Type 2 diabetes rats. The protection of Gingko Biloba Extract on Pancreas maybe related its clearing free radical, anti - lipid peroxidation.
