单侧黑质纹状体通路损毁诱发大鼠伏核神经元放电频率增加 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察单侧黑质纹状体通路损毁对大鼠伏核(nucleus accumbens,NAc)神经元电活动的影响。方法采用在体细胞外记录方法研究正常大鼠和帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)大鼠NAc神经元放电频率和放电形式的变化。结果对照组和PD组大鼠NAc神经元的平均放电频率分别是(5.0±0.5)Hz(n=25)和(8.6±0.7)Hz(n=26),PD组大鼠NAc神经元的放电频率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。在对照组,88%(22/25)的神经元呈不规则放电,12%(3/25)呈现爆发式放电;而在PD组,具有不规则和爆发式放电的神经元比例分别为92%(24/26)和8%(2/26),两组大鼠NAc神经元的放电形式无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论单侧黑质纹状体通路损毁诱发大鼠NAc神经元的放电频率增加。 Objective To investigate the changes in neuronal activity of the nucleus accumbens (NAc) of rats following unilateral lesion of the nigroatriatal pathway. Methods The changes in the firing rate and firing pattern of NAc neurons were examined with extracellular recording methods in control and Parkinson's disease (PD) rats. Results The results showed that the mean firing rate of NAc neurons in control and Parkinson's disease (PD) rats was (5.0 ±0.5) Hz ( n = 25) and (8.6 ± 0.7) Hz ( n = 26), respectively. The mean firing rate of NAc neurons in PD rats was significantly increased when compared to that of control rats (P(0.01). In control rats, 88% (22/25) of NAc neurons fired irregularly and 12% (3/25) fired in bursts. In PD rats, 92% (24/26) of the neurons fired irregularly and 8% (2/26) in bursts. The firing patterns of the neurons between the control and PD rats did not reach a significant level (P〉0.05). Conclusion Unilateral lesion of the nigroatriatal pathway induces an increase of the firing rate of NAc neurons.
