摘要
采用可编程控制器(PLC)进行配料控制,控制灵活、准确,控制量的增减十分方便;提供实时报警,便于维护,减少故障时间,提高了工作效率;与上位机通讯,监测设备的运行状态,提供了最及时、准确的工作记录。
The application of PLC in ingredient process for carbon production was introduced. The results showed that Adopting PLC during material preparation can control the process parameters sensitively, accurately and conveniently. It can provide alarms in time, which is easy to maintainthe devices and shortens the fault time, thus it can improve work efficiency. Communicating with PC, PLC can monitor the device status, which can provide prompt and accurate production records.
