摘要
以蓖麻油为原料,在离子液催化作用下与乙醇合成生物柴油,考察了醇油摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量4个因素对蓖麻油合成生物柴油产率的影响。结果表明,当离子液用量为1.0(wt)%,醇油摩尔比为6∶1,反应时间为16m in,反应温度为45℃时,生物柴油的产率可以达到90%。
The biodiesel was used to synthesized from castor oil by ionic liquid. It was discussed mainly that how the molar ratio of ethanol to oil,the reaction temperature,reaction time and the mass fraction of ionic liquid to castor oil influenced the yield of synthesized biodiesel from castor oil. The results showed that the best conditions are that the mass fraction of ionic liquid to castor oil was 1.0 (wt) %, the mol ratio of alcohol to castor oil was 6 : 1, the reaction time was 16 min, and the reaction temperature was 45℃. The yield of biodiesel reached 90%.
