摘要
在水溶液中以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)及含磷单体(SHP)为原料,通过自由基聚合反应合成了磷酸基改性聚羧酸。正交试验发现,当单体MA、AA、HPA和SHP的质量配比为2∶5∶1∶2,引发剂用量为单体质量的4.5%,反应时间控制在3h时,合成的磷酸基改性聚羧酸在较宽的pH值范围内对BaSO4垢有良好的阻垢效果,且对CaCO3有着良好的阻垢性能。实验以扫描电镜观察了垢样的形态,推测了磷酸基改性聚羧酸的阻垢机理。
A phosphate modified polycarboxylic acid was prepared from the meterials of MA ( maleic anhydride), AA (acrylic acid), HPA (hydroxypropyl acrylate) and SHP (sodium hypophosphate) by the radical polymeric reaction in water. The orthogonal experiments showed that the synthesized phosphate modified polycarboxylic acid had excellent inhibit effect on BaSO4 scale in wider pH value ranges when the monomer's mass ratio of MA: AA: HPA: SHP is 2: 5: 1: 2, the amount of initiator is 4.5% of monomer's mass and the reaction time is 3h, and it also had excellent inhibit property on CaCO3 scale. Shape of the scale samples were observed through the SEM and scale inhibit mechanism of phosphate modified polycarboxylic acid was speculated.
