摘要 本文建立了一种测定动物源性食品中敌菌净残留量的高效液相色谱法。样品经碱性二氯甲烷提取,提取液经浓缩后,在酸性条件下用正己烷、乙酸乙酯和阳离子交换小柱净化。残渣用0.1mol·L^-1 HCl溶解后,用配有紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪测定,外标法定量。敌菌净线性范围为0.01~2.5ug·mL^-1,其相关系数和回归方程分别为r=0.99986,y=13.3808x-0.1409。样品平均加标回收率在86.3%-101.5%之间,相对标准偏差为1.81%-7.16%。方法的最低检出限0.01mg·kg^-1。 A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of dia- veridine residues in foodstuff of animal origin. After the extracts is evaporated, the residues is cleaned up with n - hexane and ethyl acetate and cation exchange column under acidic condition. The residues is dissolved with 0. 1 mol · L^ - 1 HCL and determined by HPLC with VWD - detector, using external standard method. The liner range was 0.01ug · mL^-1 -2.5ug · mL^-1 for diaveridine. The correlation coefficients were 0. 99986 for diaveridine. The regression equation was y = 13. 3808 x - 0. 1409. The average recoveries of diaveridine in spiked samples ranged from 86.3% - 101.5%, and the relative standard deviations were between 1.81% -7.16%. The limit of detection was 0.01mg · kg^-1 in method.
