辐射诱导的基因表达改变及其在生物剂量学中的应用前景 被引量:1

摘要 随着人类基因组计划的完成,功能基因组学、蛋白质组学和代谢组学的研究开始在生物医学各个领域兴起。辐射诱导的DNA、mRNA和蛋白质水平的改变也引起越来越多的关注,对辐射诱导的这些改变进行研究不仅有助于辐射生物效应机制的阐明,而且这些指标的定量改变与辐射剂量的关系有可能用于放射生物剂量学。笔者就辐射诱导的基因表达(mRNA水平和蛋白质水平)改变及其在放射生物剂量学中的应用作一概述。
