应用^(18)F-FDG PET/CT评价射频消融治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 射频消融术(RFA)用于治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤已有10多年历史,其以创伤小、患者痛苦少、安全有效、操作简便等优点在临床应用越来越普遍,并且疗效显著。然而目前对于肝脏恶性肿瘤RFA后的疗效评价多集中于超声、CT、MRI等传统影像学方法,但这些方法受到病灶周围炎症反应的影响,术后短期内判断肿瘤的残留情况不够理想。PET/CT集解剖学成像与功能学成像于一体,已证实在多种肿瘤诊断及放化疗疗效评价中有独特的应用价值,本文就应用18F—FDGPET/CT评价射频消融治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤研究进展综述如下。
