目的:探讨鼻尖整形联合硅胶假体置人治疗鼻畸形的新方法。方法:针对国人鞍鼻合并鼻尖扁平肥大圆钝者,我们设计了鼻翼软骨外侧脚头侧部分"新月"形切除、悬吊,向中线拉拢缝合外固定。将手术切下的"新月"形鼻翼软骨植于鼻尖部假体表面形成"盾牌",延长鼻小柱,抬高鼻尖。同时行鼻尖部脂肪结缔组织瓣转移。结果:对本组83例患者均进行了6～32个月随访,效果良好者68例,改善者13例,伴有并发症2例,术后未出现鼻尖形态异常。结论:直视下联合硅胶假体鼻尖整形术可以改善鼻部整体美学形态,避免假体下滑、移位和外露等并发症的发生,取得了良好的效果,值得临床推广应用。
