组织修形高频电刀用于牙龈成形术的临床观察

Observasion for gingivoplplasty using high frequency electrode

目的:观察组织修形高频电刀用于牙龈成形术的临床疗效。方法:选择24例牙龈肥大的病例,其中增生性牙龈炎14例,药物性牙龈增生9例,遗传性牙龈纤维瘤病1例。所有病例均经过基础治疗及药物治疗,在炎症消退后进行手术,增生牙龈均覆盖超过1/3牙面高度。采用PerFect TCS(tissue contouringsystem)组织修形高频电刀系统进行牙龈成形术,分别于术后1天、1周、2周观察。结果:除1例于术后一周发现下前牙部分龈乳头有浅表性坏死,对症治疗后好转。23例病例一周后复查时均有创面结痂,两周后创面愈合良好,牙龈外形满意。结论:用组织修形高频电刀行牙龈成形术手术操作简单、省时,出血少,效果良好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of which using high frequency electrode for gingivolasty in patients with gingival enlargement. Methods 24 patients who suffered from gingival enlargement were treated with electrode, gingival shapes were reconstructed during operation.They were examined one day, one week,two weeks after operation respectively. Results All patients were successfull with satisfied gingival shapes. Conclusion High frequency electrodes can perform a high cutting together with coagulation on control during the operation. It is a simple but practical method.
