摘要
针对低水头水电站漂浮式拦污浮排存在排污清污效果差、水头损失大、结构安全差、影响电站出力的缺陷,探索了大距离管式新型拦污浮排,采用新的设计思路,将水流流场分布与最优的排漂迹线、结构优化相结合。实例应用结果表明,新型拦污排克服了传统结构型式的不足,安装方便、运行风险小,是一项良好的技术措施,有一定推广价值。
The drift barrier usually installed at the intake of hydropower station to prevent the trashes. Because of the limited spaee,narrrow flow-passing surface, and the faster velocity, a lot of floaters will pile up,which is hard to remove and increase the head loss directly. At last, it will have a bad effect on the flow condition and economic benefit. We develop a new design method, taking the distribution of the flow field,the best float-track line and an improved structure into consideration. It turns out to be a better technologic measure ,overcoming some defects of the traditional drift barrier.
