摘要
针对输电网损随发电权交易模式不同而导致网损分摊的改变,以IEEE-14节点系统为算例,提出了将边际网损系数法应用于发电权交易成本计算中。结果表明,该法可行有效,是一种灵敏度方法,能反映各节点造成全网网损的微增成本信息、提供经济信号、优化潮流提高经济效益及指导用户投资决策,为进一步研究输电网损耗公正、有效分摊方法奠定基础。
The different trade mode of generation rights will cause different transmission loss allocation. Using the IEEE-14 node system as an example, this paper proposes Marginal Loss Coefficients Method, which can calculate generation trade cost. The result shows that, this method is effective and sensitive, which can reflect the mild increase cost of the network-wide loss, provide the economic signal and optimize the power flow. Also, it can raise economic cost-benefit and instruct users how to invest;furthermore, this paper can be used to research the fairness of transmission loss and effective loss allocation.
