摘要
用于振动检测的光纤干涉仪加速度传感器具有大动态范围和高灵敏度等优点,非常适合要求高响应检测的场合。本文主要介绍了光纤干涉仪加速度传感原理和设计结构,并对常用的两种结构进行了性能比较。
Fiber optic interferometric accelemmeter is a kind of vibration sensor with large dynamic range and high sensitivity that is suitable for usage requiring high responsivity. In this paper the fundamental theory and design of fiber optic interfemmetric acceleration sensors are presented. Two types of frequently used structures are introduced and compared as well.
