无抽搐电休克对胶质源性神经营养因子的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)对难治性抑郁症患者血清胶质源性神经营养因子(GDNF)的影响。方法:16例难治性抑郁症患者经MECT和40例抑郁症患者抗抑郁治疗前后分别检测血清GDNF浓度,并与30名正常者对照比较。结果:MECT及抗抑郁治疗前,难治性抑郁症组和抑郁症组血清GDNF浓度低于对照组(P<0.01)。难治性抑郁症组中对MECT有效的患者血清GDNF浓度显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);而对MECT无效的患者血清GDNF浓度与治疗前相比差异无显著性。经抗抑郁药治疗8周,抑郁症组患者血清GDNF浓度也显著增高(P<0.01)。结论:GDNF可能在MECT和抗抑郁药治疗中起了一定的作用。 Objective:To explore the effect of modified electroconvuisive therapy (MECT) on the level of the serum glial cell line-derived neurotrophie factor (GDNF) in refractory depressive patients. Method:The level of the serum GDNF was measured before and after MECT or antidepressant treatment for refractory depressive patients and major depressive disorder patients, respectively, and being compared to normal control group. Results: The levels of serum GDNF were significantly lower in patients of refractory depression group and major depressive disorder group before MECT or antidepressant treatment, compared to normal control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). In refractory depression group after MECT, the level of serum GDNF was significantly higher than that before MECT for responders to MECT, while no significant changes for non-responders to MECT ( P 〈 0.05 ). In major depressive disorder group after 8 weeks antidepressant treatment, the level of serum GDNF increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : GDNF may pay a certain role in mechanism of the treatment of MECT or antidepressant.
