聚合酶链反应在猪伪狂犬病临床诊断中的应用

应用ＰＣＲ技术对２４个猪场送检的３１４头新生仔猪和断奶仔猪病料进行伪狂犬病病毒ＤＮＡ片段检测，检出阳性猪场２１个，占受检猪场的８８．０％；检出阳性病料１５２头份，阳性率为４８．４％。另对怀疑为伪狂犬病的１５９头猪鼻拭子样品进行检测，检出阳性猪１２０头，阳性率达７５．０％。

Of 314 tissue samples of new born and postweaning piglets for the pseudorabies virus DNA fragments from 24 pig farms,152 samples(48.4%)were positive and 21(88.0%)pig farms were positive,meanwhile the 159 nasal swabs of living pig,which were clinically suspecious of catching Aujeszkys disease,were also detected,of 120 pigs(75%)were positive.
