摘要
以亚油酸、苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸酐(PA)、间苯二甲酸(IPA)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)等原料制得水溶性自干醇酸树脂及涂料。研究了工艺条件、多元醇的选择、多元酸的选择、羟基值的控制对涂膜性能的影响。采用红外光谱(IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、接触角测试仪对产物进行了表征。
Waterborne air drying alkyd resin and paint were prepared by linoleic acid, benzoic acid, phthalic anhydride, phthalic acid, pentaerythritol, bis-MPA, trihydroxymethylpropane and so on. The effects of technical conditions, polyols selection, polyprotic acids selection and hydroxyl group values on film performance were studied. IR, SEM and Contact Angle Measurement were applied for determination of products.
