摘要
高响应电液伺服系统的阶次高,难以控制处理,如降阶不当,易导致精度降低等不良控制效果。奇异摄动法或双重时间尺度法把高阶系统分离成两个低阶子系统,是处理高响应电液伺服系统的有效方法。应用后者时常难以将状态变量快慢分组,本文试以模态分析解决它,并给出了应用实例。
High response electro-hydraulic servo system is difficult to control due to its high order model. Singular perturbation method or two-time-scale method decomposes high order model into two lower order subsystems and makes it easy to control. The later requires to seperate the state variables into slow and fast groups. In this paper, modal decomposition is used to complete the separation and an example is given.
