梅花山自然保护区生态公益林管护机制改革探讨

The management system and mechanism reformation of social ecological forests in Meihuashan National Nature Reserve

分析了梅花山自然保护区生态公益林管护机制存在的问题,提出了建立管理局、管理站和村级生态公益林管护办公室三级管护机制,并层层落实责任主体、责任人的管护责任;提出深化生态公益林管护机制改革的思路及今后梅花山自然保护区的管理目标。

This paper analyses the existing problems of social ecological forests in Meihuashan National Nature Reserve, presents the management systems of Management Bureau, Management Station, and village-level social ecological forests management and pro- tection office, as well as the responsibility of main organization and duty people, and puts forward the way for improving the refor- mation of social ecological forests and the future goal for managing Meihuashan National Nature Reserve.
