从宝钢分公司视频监控系统数字化改造的实践出发,分析和比较了国内主流的4种音视频编解码标准,阐述了各标准的技术特点和优劣。结合宝钢分公司计算机网络现状、原有模拟视频监控系统及改造需求,介绍了视频监控系统数字化改造的技术方案,并就如何构建数字视频网络架构、如何确保信息网络安全等提供了成熟可行的解决方案。

In view of the transformation of the digital video monitoring system in Baosteel Branch, four kinds of domestic mainstream audio and video codecing standards were analyzed and compared with each other, and their technological characteristics and strong and weak points were described. In combination with the status of Baosteel Branch＇ s computer network, the existing analog video monitoring system and the requirements through the transformation, the technological scheme of the transformation was introduced. The ripe solutions on how to construct the digital video monitoring network and how to guarantee information network security, etc. were presented.
