以决策层、管理层、实施层三层信息架构平台为核心,提出矿井建设三大类工程项目综合管理信息化解决方案,实现矿井建设三类工程的网络化监控、沟通、协同等需求,使项目逐层深入、数据逐级分层,优化了三类工程建设项目管理环境。

With the core of decision layer, management layer and implementation layer, the solution plan of integrated management information platform with three projects of mine construction is proposed. It can achieve the demand of three projects＇network monitor, communication and coordination and can optimize management environment of the project.
