结合胶带机的设计使用要求和托辊的寿命实验数据,进行托辊可靠性统计分析,为胶带机托辊的改进设计使用提供依据,提供了托辊在使用寿命期间的更换方法。
The paper analyzes the reliability of roller based on the design requirement and experimental data. The result provides the design basis for improvement and change of roller.
