鸡胆汁中鹅去氧胆酸转化为熊去氧胆酸的研究

Transformation of CDCA in Poultry Bile into UDCA

以鸡胆汁为原料，通过不和谐梭菌（Ｃ．ａｂｓｏｎｕｍ）的转化作用，使鸡胆汁中部分鹅去氧胆酸（ＣＤＣＡ）转化为熊去氧胆酸（ＵＤＣＡ），并在薄层板上表现为与熊胆相同的胆汁酸组成。该结果为通过细菌转化作用制备ＵＤＣＡ及熊胆替代品研究提供了实验依据。

In this study, CDCA in poultry bile were transformed into UDCA by C.absonum, and the bile acid composition in the fermented poultry bile presented about the same as bear bile acid composition in chromatogram. It provided an experimental basis for producting UDCA and the substitute for bear bile powder by biotransformation.
