摘要
为研究糖皮质激素抵抗在淋巴组织增生性疾病发生中的作用,以禽淋巴细胞白血病病毒(LLV)RAV-1株接种1日龄母鸡雏,定期检测其血浆皮质酮、淋巴细胞GRmRNA和GR相对含量。结果表明,在淋巴细胞性白血病发病期,GRmRNA和GR相对含量分别下降21.7%和27.3%,而血浆皮质酮水平未发生改变。研究结果提示,LLV诱导鸡淋巴细胞发生糖皮质激素抵抗可能是禽淋巴细胞白血病发生的机理之一。
In order to investigate the effect of glucocorticoid resistance on lymphoproliferative diseases, the relative contents of GR and GRmRNA of the peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected for six months in chickens infected with RAV1 strain of lymphoid leukosis virus (LIV) at 1dayold age. The results showed that the levels of GR and GRmRNA of LLVinfected chickens declined by 21.7% and 27.3% respectively while the plasma corticosterone concentration was unchanged. These data suggested that glucocorticoid resistance of the lymphocyte induced by LLV may be a contributive factor for lymphoproliferation of the chicken with leukosis.
