摘要
在激光盘煤测量系统中,激光飞行时间的测量是影响整个系统精度的关键因素。文章基于高精度时间间隔测量芯片TDC-GP2设计了一种用于激光盘煤测量系统中的激光飞行时间间隔测量系统,介绍了TDC-GP2激光测距原理,给出了系统硬件及软件设计。试验结果表明,该系统结构简单、测量精度高,具有较高的可行性。
In laser measurement system for coal stockpile, measurement of flight time is a key factor influencing on precision of the system. The paper designed a laser flight time interval measurement system used in laser measurement system for coal stockpile based on high precision measurement chip TDC-GP2 for time interal, introduced principle of laser ranging of TDC-GP2, and gave design of hardware and soft- ware of the system. Experimental result showed that the system has simple construction, high precision, and higher feasibility.
