摘要
目的奶牛乳腺炎是一种多因素诱发的疾病,对奶牛舍温、湿度状况与乳腺炎发病率的关系进行了分析.方法使用DWHJ2周记型自计型温湿两用计测定了奶牛舍温、湿度;临床型乳腺炎根据病牛乳房和乳汁的变化做出诊断、隐性乳腺炎用CMT(California Mastitis Test)快速诊断试剂检验;数据分析用SPSS11.0统计软件.结果奶牛舍温度与乳腺炎发病率存在极显著相关(P<0.01)、湿度与乳腺炎发病率呈弱相关(P>0.05).结论在高温环境下,牛体受热应激的影响,生理机能发生变化,抵抗力下降;同时在此期间,舍内适宜的温湿度使病原菌大量生长繁殖,易导致乳腺炎发病率的升高.由温度与乳腺炎发病率建立的回归方程Y=26.992+0.984X1(Stepwise法)可为工作中预测乳腺炎的发生提供理论指导.
Objective Bovine mastitis is a kind of disease of maltiple inducing factors. To confirm the coefficient correlation among the temperature, humidity and the bovine mastitis morbidity, the above-mentioned indexes were mensurated in cowshed. Methods The temperature and humidity in cowshed were measured by self-recording apparatus (DWHJ2), Clinic bovine mastitis were diagnosed by the dairy cattles body-complexion and subclinical bovine mastitis were check up by California Mastitis Test (CMT). All the data were analyzed through Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSSll. 0). Result Partial correlation coefficients between the temperature, humidity and the bovine mastitis morbidity were 0. 923 (P〈 0.01) and 0. 502 (P〈0.05). Conclusion Under high temperature, influenced by heat stress reaction, dairy cattles' physilological functions change, leading to resistance decline; during the same period, the suitable temperatcre and humidity result in large-scale reproduction of pathogentic bacteria, causing rise of rate of bovine mastitis. The linear regression equation, Y=26. 992+0. 984Xl (Stepwise) established by the bovine mastitis morbidity and the temperature in cowshed, may effectively forecast bovine mastitis in production as a theoretical instruction in our work.
