老年居住建筑的门户空间景观研究

Elderly Residential Buildings in Portal Space Landscape Research

目的改变老年居住建筑门户空间的使用现状,应对老龄化社会带来的老年人居住问题.方法通过对相关老年居住建筑门户空间的理论研究和其功能、环境特点的分析,用POE的研究方法对使用现状的评价做出分析.结果最后得出设计成功的老年居住建筑门户空间在景观设计上应注意的三个基本要求:建筑物、大门、地面铺装.结论缺少安全感和交往空间的门户空间对老年人的心理、生理上都有很大的影响,通过景观设计改进老年居住建筑门户空间的利用现状势在必行.

Objective To change the use of space portal status quo of old residential building, to deal with the aging society＇s problems of the elderly living. Methods With the theoretical study of portal space in elderly residential buildings and anylysis of its functions and environmental characteristics By old age-related residential of old residential building building space portal theoretical study and research its features and environmental characteristics, with the POE study on the use of analysis to evaluate the status quo. Results To get a successful old age residential building in the portal space landscape design should be not- ed that the three basic requirements： buildings, doors and pavement on the ground. Conclusion The lack of a sense of security and to associate with other space on the door of the elderly mental and physical greatly affected by the landscape design to improve older residential buildings in the portal space utilization is imperative.
