建筑业信息化集成管理的目标在于利用信息技术提高建筑业管理和服务水平,运用约束理论的现状树、云团消散图、期况树和前提条件树等工具找出建筑业信息化集成的约束环节,提出建立全国统一的信息化标准来改善约束,并结合网络招投标的评标环节分析集成化信息系统的应用过程.

The goal of information integrated management is to imrove the standard of management and service in construction industry. The paper attempted to find out the constraints in the information integrated process with the tools of current reality tree, evaporating cloud, future reality tree and prerequisite tree and a proposal of a national standard for better constraints, and analysed the application process of the information integrated system through the evaluation of internet-based tender.
