红车轴草的化学成分与药理作用研究进展

Reseach Advance on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects of Trifolium Pratense L

红车轴草主要含有异黄酮、黄酮、蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类和维生素等多类化学成分。近年来药理研究表明,红车轴草异黄酮具有植物雌激素样、抗癌、降血脂以及抗炎杀菌等作用。文章综述了红车轴草化学成分以及异黄酮的药理作用,并对红车轴草未来合理开发利用进行了展望。

There are many kinds of chemical constituents in Trifolium pratense L including isoflavonoids, flavonoids, proteins, amino acids, saccharides, vitamins and so on. Recently scientists have found that isoflavonpids from Trifolium pratense L have such activities as antitumor, reduceing the blood fat, killing microorganisms and plant estrogen. This paper reviews chemical constituents and the pharmaceutical effects of isoflavonoids from Trifolium pratense L, and the potential application is prospeeted as well.
