摘要
在当前就业形势下,传统的实践教学模式已不能适应社会对人才创新、敬业精神和实践能力的要求。要提高学生就业竞争力,就必须从人才培养目标、学生的学习和认知规律以及毕业生就业竞争力着手构建新的实践教学模式。
Traditional practical teaching mode has been unable to meet the social requirements for talents innovation, dedicated spirit for position and practical ability under the current employment situation. To improve graduates＇ employment competitiveness, a new practical teaching mode must be built starting from personnel training objective, students＇learning cognitive laws and graduate employment competitiveness.
