摘要
为了选育广亲和不育系,除了要达到保持胞质雄性不育标准外,还应重视广亲和性和配合力的选育。为此,本研究设计了三者同步鉴定,选育的方法。广亲和性遗传分析表明:Dular、Bellemont、L202与Pecos之间控制广亲和性的主基因为非等位。目前已初步在协青早/Dular、珍灿97/Bellemont和V20/L202^2中获得广亲和胞质雄性不育系。
In addition to desiable cytoplasmic male sterility, special attention was paid to breeding of wide compatibility and combining ability in order to develop widely compatible male sterile rice lines(Oryza sativa L. subsp. indica). A procedure for synchronous identification and development of these three characters was developed. Genetic analysis of wide compatibility showed that Dular、Bellemont and L202 were wide compatibility varieties(WCVs)and they were non-allelic to S-5n locus of L202 and Pecos. Three desirable male sterile lines have been developed respectively in the combination of Xie-qing-zao/Dular, Zhen-shan97/Bellemont and V20/L2022, which showed that the proposed procedure was reasonable and feasible.
