摘要
目的探索以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法在妇产科实习教学中的效果。方法在妇产科临床教学中,开展临床案例讨论、床边教学、台上教学和无病假设教学相结合的PBL教学方法。结果PBL教学调动了学生的积极性,提高了学生的沟通技巧,培养了学生应用和思考能力。结论PBL教学有助于提高妇产科临床教学效果,应予深入探讨和广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of problem-based learning (PBL) method in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods The method of PBL was conducted in the clinical teching of obstetrics and gynecology. Clinical case discussion, bedside teaching, operation teaching and anosis hypothesis teaching were performed. Results PBL improved students' positive attitude, communication skills and competence of thinking. Conclusion PBL method can improve the clinical teaching effects of obstetrics and gynecology, thus is worth further exploration and extensive application.
