摘要
通过Modem模块和GSMAT指令,实现在内河船舶监控预警通信系统中的短信群发程序设计。程序设计使用C++Builder系统,外部接口采用Victor串口控件。通过实验分析,程序运行可靠。
Through the Modem module and GSM AT instruction,realizes the programming of the short note group-sending in the monitoring and early warning communications system for the ships navigated in the inland river. The programming uses C＋＋ Builder system,and the exterior connection uses the Victor serial port to control. Analyzed through the experiment, the procedure operation is reliable.
