A Research on the Development of Chinese Servant-headmasters’ Current Situation,Problems and Tactics

文中首先从校长自身的认知和环境因素对我国服务型校长发展现状进行了分析,在此基础上对我国服务型校长成长的问题进行了剖析,并就此提出了如何推动我国服务型校长成长的相关建议。

In this paper, the author analyzes the current situation of Chinese servant-headmaster through headmasters＇ cognition and environment firstly.Secondly,the status quo,difficulties and problems of the servant-headmaster in our country are described.Lastly,the concrete strategies of developing the servant-headmaster in our country are discussed.
