实习教学是高等教育实践环节的重要组成部分,对培养学生的创新能力,提高学生的综合素质起着重要的作用。分析实习教学中存在的问题,提出加强实习教学管理的措施,对提高实习教学的质量具有一定的现实意义。

An important part of Higher Education, the internship teaching plays a significant role in the cultivation of the innovation ability of the students and the improvement of their qualities. It is necessary for us to explore and analyze the problems which occurred in the internship teaching and come up with efficient measures to enhance the management of it so as to guarantee the quality of the internship teaching.
