摘要
用24头Landrasse×Pietrain杂交公(阉割)、母各半断乳仔猪,饲喂至95kg以上,观察高碘日粮组(30mg碘/kg饲粮)和正常对照组(0.16mg碘/kg饲粮)肌肉和器官中碘含量的变化和肉品质的差异。试验表明高碘日粮试验组猪只的肌肉、脂肪、心脏、肾、肝、血中碘含量较对照组相应高3~7倍。
オn Germany and a row of developing countries,including China,iodine deficiency is quite common.To reduce iodine deficiency disorders,aside the salt iodination programme,several other strategies exist.One of these is to increase the iodine content of animal feed and thus to supply people with iodine via meat products.This feeding experiment involved 24 female and male castrated crossbred pigs of Deutsche Landrasse×Pietrain from 10.2±1.2kg to 97.1±2.1kg.The effect of high iodine supply in form of iodate(30mg iodine/kg feed)on different organs and tissues was studied.In the experimental group (n=12)high iodine feed caused a much higher iodine content(37 times)in muscle,heart,kindney,liver,serum,fat and thyroid gland than those in the control group(n=12).There were no differences between the experimental group and the control group in either quality or quantity of the produced meat.In iodine deficiency regions with a high prok consumption, for example in China and in Germany,it is possible to improve human's iodine supply by iodination of meat and organs.Even though the human iodine supply has been augmented by salt iodination there is still a hitch in iodine supply,which might be further reduced by addition of iodine to animal feed.
