超市库存管理的问题与对策探讨

Study on Problems and Countermeasures of Supermarket Inventory Management

目前许多企业单纯追求高额利润,却往往忽视库存管理,造成库存大量积压的情况,以超市的库存管理为例,针对企业库存管理中普遍存在的问题,提出了施行合理库存管理的途径,列举了一些实现合理库存的方法。

At present, many enterprises only pursue enormous profit, while neglecting inventory management which has caused plenty of overstock. Taking inventory management in supermarket as example, aimed at the problems existed universally in enterprise stock management, the paper proposes the approach to implementing proper inventory manage- ment, and lists some methods to realize proper inventory.
